Bridports deliciously historic bakery is a West Dorset icon. Their award-winning breads, savouries, cakes, scones and pastries are hand-made from scratch and baked on the premises in brick-floored ovens. They bake using the time-honoured practice of taking time and the simple ingredients of flour, water, levain for sourdoughs and yeast for everyday loaves. Their bread is free of added fats, improvers and sugar. Most are vegan friendly (loaves with cheese, brioche and teacakes are the exception) and their products are recognised by the excellent Great Taste Awards.
