Mark’s fish truck, a converted Chevrolet ambulance, pitches up outside Felicity’s Farm Shop in Morcombelake on Fridays and Saturdays 9am till 12 noon (but check the website as times and days can vary). Choose from fresh fish, shellfish, local oysters and of course his own Flodge-smoked salmon. From time to time, Mark also serves up a daily 'Trunch' dish from his mobile kitchen.
