Ed and Giselle combine their love and extensive experience of Spanish food, drink and culture, with their desire to create and share one-off experiences that bring people together in a fun and convivial way. Ultimately it is not about the food and drink itself, but about what happens when people come together over food and drink. These experiences can take many forms, from popup tapas evenings and "Cook & Dine" days, through to tutored tastings, guided food & wine tours in Spanish cities or weekend foodie breaks in the UK or Spain.
