1. General
These terms and conditions, together with any additional terms, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on the Jurassic Feast (JF) website (collectively the Terms of Use) comprise the conditions on which you may have access to the JF website and use of content and other services on the JF website. Your continued access and use of the JF website constitutes your ongoing acceptance and acknowledgement of these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time. If you object to any of these conditions, you must immediately discontinue your access to and use of the JF website.
These Terms of Use are governed by the law in force in the United Kingdom. Both you and JF irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom and courts of appeal from them.

The JF website is the copyright property of JF or applicable third parties. Subject to the conditions prescribed under appropriate Copyright Acts or similar statutes that apply in your location, you may not, in any form or by any means, adapt, reproduce, store, distribute, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of the JF website without the written permission of an authorised representative of JF.

Product and company names mentioned herein may be trademarks and/or service marks of their respective owners. The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the JF website are the property of their respective owners.
4. Errors, Omissions or Discrepancies
Every effort has been made to ensure that the JF website works correctly and that the information contained within it is accurate and up to date. Any cases of perceived inconsistency or error should be advised to JF by contacting us and we will endeavour, where practicable, to address any such issues identified to us but see JF disclaimer.
Jurassic Feast Terms and Conditions – Members
- Please carefully check each offer and any exclusions/disclaimers which are noted on our website and/or App.
- Proof of Jurassic Feast (JF) membership may be requested at time of purchase or enquiry.
- Any business has the right to refuse the offer listed on JF if used in conjunction with other special offers outside of JF’s listing.
- Participating businesses may amend/add exclusions/disclaimers or change their JF offer or participation from time to time. Please check in advance to avoid disappointment.
- The membership and connected offers are valid for the subscriber and anyone else associated within the terms and conditions set by each provider.
Memberships are not transferable. - Members must abide by any restrictions determined by each individual provider and follow the conditions set by them.
- Proof of membership must be presented upon redemption of any offer even if pre-booking has been required.
- JF does not guarantee any of the products or services offered by providers participating in the scheme.
- We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel a membership and the benefits of its use from any person who does not conform with the terms and conditions or who does not abide by arrangements related to the scheme including any abuse or misuse of staff, facilities or equipment.
